Back from Vacation

So I went on my first vacation in three years.  I went with my fam up to the Lake Superior, and we stayed at my G-Ma's house.  I LOVE it up there.  Where she lives we get no cell phone service, only dial-up internet, but don't fret there was television so we had something to do besides eat.  We spent the week  playing cards, watching Bones (my parents are now addicted), and enjoying each other's company.  We have not always gotten along, but as my sister and I get older we learn to get along, and also when to back off and give space.  

My vacation was a not a total relaxation, I had to complete my project for my grad class. I got it done and emailed (drove into town to do that) and got a B! Which is amazing because I was the only undergrad, who had never done this type of work before.  It was very evident to my classmates (and prof) that I was in over my head, but I didn't give up.  According to my prof's email he was impressed by my final project, which made me happy because I thought I could have done better if I had the energy.  

So they have this candy store up there. and i have never shopped there before, and this year i did.  the candy is FANTASTIC. they have taffy which i normally do not like but the taffy they had there is so good i couldn't buy enough.  and they make their own fudge.  i tried first the mint fudge.  i love mint and chocolate mixed.  then we went back and we tried the caramel and chocolate fudge, and that too was awesome!  i wish they would send it in the mail because i would order it probably once a month.
